Now Hiring: Certified/Registered Medical Assistant

Sevierville, TN | Day Shift | Mon–Fri | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

$18–$22.50/hr (Based on Experience)

Your Role
Join our compassionate care team as a medical assistant and play a key role in supporting clinical operations and patient care. You’ll be the bridge between patients and providers, ensuring smooth communication and top-notch service.

What You’ll Do

• Return patient calls regarding test results, instructions, and concerns.
• Handle prior authorizations for medications and procedures.
• Respond to patient messages via EHR or portal.
• Support MA with rooming patients and taking vitals as needed.

What You Bring

• Active CCMA/CMA/RMA license (Required)
• BLS certification
• Skilled in taking vitals and using basic medical equipment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with EMRs and multitasking in a clinical setting

Work Environment

• Primary Care Clinic in Sevierville, TN
• Float to nearby clinics (Cardiology, Pulmonary, Surgical, etc.) as needed
• Occasional travel to nearby specialty clinics (within 15–30 minutes)
• Float schedule provided by Wednesday prior

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
