Job summary

Wendle Motors in Spokane, WA seeks a Customer Service & Scheduling Representative to join our Service Team. The role is phone-focused, coordinating service appointments and assisting customers with their needs. You will communicate with Service Advisors and handle inquiries by phone, email, and online channels.

Full-time hours are 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with a pay range of $19.00–$20.00 per hour. Automotive experience is a plus but not required, and we offer a supportive team

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong phone presence and professional communication.
• Able to handle high-volume phone interactions.
• Detail-oriented data entry for appointments.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming service calls and assist customers with scheduling appointments.
• Make outbound follow-ups to schedule future service and support retention.
• Maintain and organize service appointments in scheduling systems.
• Document customer needs accurately for the Service Team.
• Communicate with Service Advisors regarding appointment details and concerns.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and online channels.
