The Agency Recruiting in Phoenix seeks an experienced treasury professional to drive new commercial relationships and expand cash management solutions for business clients. You will partner with senior executives to deliver liquidity, payments and working capital strategies, while building a personal pipeline and leading onboarding for new clients.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in treasury or related fields, a Bachelor's degree, and a track record of growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in treasury management, treasury sales, or related field.
• Proven success developing commercial relationships and generating new business.
• Experience producing measurable results in deposits and treasury-related revenue.
• Strong understanding of cash management, payments, liquidity, receivables, payables, fraud prevention, and working capital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective commercial clients through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Develop relationships with business owners, CFOs, controllers, and other decision-makers.
• Evaluate existing cash management and payment processes to identify opportunities for efficiency, liquidity, and security improvements.
• Recommend and sell treasury solutions aligned with client operating model and objectives.
• Generate new deposits and treasury fee income via new clients and expanded relationships.
• Collaborate with commercial bankers, private bankers, lenders, wealth advisors, and product teams to uncover opportunities.
• Lead client presentations and translate treasury concepts into business benefits.
• Coordinate onboarding from sale to implementation with a highly responsive, personalized approach.
• Stay engaged post-implementation to identify needs and increase wallet share.
• Maintain knowledge of payment technology, fraud controls, liquidity tools, and related services.
• Ensure documentation and regulatory, risk, and compliance adherence.
