Job summary

Sentrillion is seeking a Regional Operations Manager in the Phoenix, AZ area. You will oversee field operations, coordinate workforce planning, and ensure installation and maintenance meet quality standards while driving cross-regional collaboration.

Lead teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, applying strong cost analysis, risk assessment, and analytical skills to optimize performance and outcomes in a customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and ability to guide teams to meet project goals.
Experience in field installation and maintenance operations.
Understanding of Quality Management System (QMS) processes.
Analytical skills for estimating costs and evaluating projects.
Ability to perform risk assessments and provide actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities
