Job summary

Health Operation Solutions in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Non-Invasive Cardiologist for a full-time position with a 2-year partnership track. The role splits time between outpatient clinic and hospital coverage, with Epic EMR usage and NP support for weekends.

Compensation ranges from $450,000 to $550,000 with eligibility for additional bonus after year one. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, malpractice and tail coverage, PTO, CME, license reimbursement, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and board-certified/eligible in Cardiology.
• Arizona medical licensure eligibility.
• Training to practice Non-Invasive Cardiology.
• Ability to interpret EKGs and stress tests.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration.
• Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-invasive cardiology care in outpatient and hospital settings.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage cardiovascular conditions.
• Interpret EKGs and stress tests.
• Conduct outpatient visits and maintain continuity of care.
• Round on hospitalized cardiology patients as scheduled.
• Coordinate care with interventional cardiologists and NPs.
• Document patient care within Epic.
• Participate in call and weekend coverage.
• Communicate treatment plans and follow-up recommendations.
• Support efficient clinical workflows and long-term patient relationships.
