Health Operation Solutions in Phoenix, AZ, invites a Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join a private-practice‑oriented setting with both outpatient and hospital duties. Eligible for a 2-year partnership track, the role blends clinic and hospital coverage with Epic EMR support and NP backup.

The position offers a competitive base of $450K–$550K with bonus eligibility after year one and a comprehensive benefits package, including malpractice, tail coverage, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and board-certified or board-eligible in cardiology
• Arizona licensure eligibility required for practice in Phoenix area
• Non-invasive cardiology training and ability to interpret EKGs and stress tests
• Strong clinical judgment and collaborative communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide non-invasive cardiology care in outpatient and hospital settings
• Interpret EKGs and stress tests and manage cardiology patients
• Coordinate with interventional team and NPs within Epic EMR workflows
• Participate in call and weekend coverage rotations
• Support long-term patient relationships and continuity of care
