What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 10+ years of progressive leadership and management experience with demonstrated business leadership success.
• Experience leading multi‑functional teams within a service, distribution, manufacturing, or customer‑focused environment.
• Water treatment, water conditioning, or related industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven success managing budgets, business plans, and operational performance in a for‑profit organization.
• Strong experience recruiting, developing, and retaining high‑performing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth while improving operational efficiencies.
• Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and proficiency with business and financial software systems.

Location Requirement

This is a local, in‑office leadership role based in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Candidates must reside in the greater Phoenix area or be willing to relocate.
