Qualifications

• Senior Project Manager with progression into operations leadership.
• Career foundation in the electrical trade, ideally starting as an electrician.
• Experience with an electrical contractor is required.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction operations and field execution.
• Proven ability to lead multiple PMs and large field teams.
• Strong financial oversight on major construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution across a portfolio of large scale electrical construction projects.
• Provide leadership and direction to multiple Project Managers and broad field organizations.
• Drive operational consistency across budgeting, forecasting, labor planning, scheduling, and project performance reviews.
• Partner with senior leadership to improve execution, strengthen team performance, and support regional growth goals.
• Coach project leadership teams on accountability, client communication, and successful delivery practices.
• Monitor financial performance across active work and help guide decisions that protect margin and improve outcomes.
• Align manpower strategy with project needs to support safe, efficient, and timely execution.
• Help build a culture of ownership, responsiveness, and operational excellence across the business.
