GH Engage in Phoenix seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead day-to-day site operations on ground-up and TI commercial projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence, while coordinating with PMs, clients, and trades.

You will manage subcontractors, logistics, and budgets, maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to the company’s regional growth with a stable local backlog and minimal travel.

• Proven experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Focus on delivering projects safely and on schedule.

Responsibilities
