Initially, the position is 1.0 FTE as program director; upon launch it becomes 0.5 FTE director and 0.5 FTE core faculty. Starting salary is $124,000 with comprehensive benefits and hybrid work arrangements at

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Minimum of three years in an administrative or leadership role in clinical psychology, preferably in an academic setting.
• At least five years of experience as a licensed psychologist.
• Arizona psychologist license within the first calendar year following program start.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program assessment, accreditation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Recruit, retain, and manage core and adjunct faculty for the program.
• Lead curriculum development and ensure alignment with student learning outcomes.
• Coordinate practicum sites with the Director of Clinical Training.
• Support student workshops, orientations, and advising activities.
• Ensure fiscal sustainability and accuracy of program advertising and communications.
