You will greet customers, process financial transactions, and promote our suite of financial solutions while contributing to community events and store upkeep.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication, and data-entry skills, with a willingness to learn through our training programs and cross-brand opportunities.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus professional demeanor with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and drive brand loyalty.
• Process customer transactions, like check cashing, money transfers, and loans/pawns, with accuracy.
• Educate customers about their transactions and offer personalized financial services.
• Participate in in-store and community events and external marketing.
• Help maintain appearance and cleanliness of the location to enhance the customer experience.
