Terros Health is seeking a Peer Health and Wellness professional to join our interdisciplinary clinical team in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on coaching individuals with Serious Mental Illness or mental health needs on health and wellness goals, including living skills and personal assistance.

Pay starts at $17/hour DOE, with full benefits and generous PTO in a full-time position. As part of the clinical team, you will mentor clients, support development of recovery plans, and lead coaching

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Serious Mental Illness or general mental health concerns.

Responsibilities

• Mentor individuals and provide recovery-based coaching to clients.
• Lead 1:1 and group coaching sessions on health and wellness topics.
• Develop plans and tools to support healthy living for members.
