The Community Blood Center is seeking full-time staff in Woodruff, WI to guide donors through the blood donation process, including screening and blood collection. You will receive paid training and work either at a donor center or at blood drives, with opportunities to help the community and grow within the organization.

No prior healthcare experience is required; the role emphasizes patient care, attention to safety, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, people-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance as well as reliable transportation is required.
• EMT, Paramedic, LPN, CNA, or MA experience is a plus.
• Must be comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people in a constantly changing environment; no two days are the same.
• Must be teachable, reliable, and precise.
• Must follow all quality, safety, and privacy regulations.
• Complete requirements for this position will be reviewed during the interview process.

Responsabilités

• After completing our paid training program, you’ll guide blood donors through the entire donation process including screening and drawing their blood.
• Whether at our donor center or at a blood drive, help donors feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed.
