Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited phlebotomy program with 120 hours of training.
• Certification/registration by ASCP or AMT.
• Completion of 1040 hours as Phlebotomy Technician in the last 36 months.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood samples and perform Point of Care Testing.
• Ensure proper patient identification and vials labeling.
• Transport and centrifuge blood samples according to standards.
• Train others as a designated Preceptor or instructor.
