Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Phlebotomy certification from a recognized organization or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs venipuncture and laboratory specimen collections per policy.
• Records orders and enters test requests accurately in systems.
• Labels, processes, and packs specimens for transport while ensuring sample integrity.
• Communicates with patients to provide post-venipuncture care and safety.
• Maintains supply inventory and adheres to safety and biohazard procedures.
