Mercyhealth is seeking a PRN phlebotomy technician to collect blood and other specimens, label them accurately, and support patient care across multiple sites. You will register patients, enter orders in HIS/LIS, and ensure specimen integrity while delivering compassionate service.

Responsibilities include performing phlebotomy, basic waived testing, and maintaining strict infection control. The role requires adaptability to variable schedules and teamwork with the laboratory staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, phlebotomy training preferred.
• Experience with HIS/LIS and patient registration processes is desirable.
• Ability to draw blood and collect specimens with aseptic technique.
