You will work under the area supervisor, maintain accurate records, and ensure a safe, professional atmosphere while handling pediatric and geriatric draws with precision. Opportunities for weekend/holiday shifts and overtime may be available in this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide quality, error free work in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of 6 months phlebotomy experience; 1+ year preferred.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills including pediatric and geriatric.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

Responsabilités

• Draw quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures to patients and draw blood in a skillful, safe, and accurate manner.
• Maintain required records and documentation; promote a positive image to patients and staff.
• Work under the direction of the area supervisor to perform daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
