Salary ranges from $21.80 to $23.75 per hour, with the potential for annual bonus based on performance and company factors. The role includes specimen collection, data entry, and adherence to departmental procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical training preferred (medical assistant or paramedic).
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, WA.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens per procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, exams).
• Administer oral solutions per training.
• Verify orders and enter data using lab systems.
• Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
• Enter billing information and collect payments per policy.
• Prepare specimens for transport (labeling, centrifuging, aliquots).
• Handle non-patient duties: inventory, stocking, cleaning, phones, email.
• Follow policies, protocols and maintain logs.
