Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist I for our St. Petersburg, FL location. The role focuses on drawing quality blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and maintaining a trusted, professional patient environment.

Under supervision, you will perform daily tasks with accuracy, ensure confidentiality of patient information, and contribute to process excellence while supporting the area supervisor and the clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• 6 months of phlebotomy experience required.

Responsibilities

• Answer patient questions and maintain a professional environment.
• Draw blood samples accurately and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures to patients and ensure comfort and safety.
• Maintain records and comply with confidentiality and accuracy standards.
