• Performs Phlebotomy Technique in a professional manner.
• Presents the Lab in a positive light to the public.
• Performs routine venipuncture and micro-collection techniques.
• Follows safety guidelines to ensure patient and staff safety.
• Delivers clinical specimens efficiently to the laboratory.
• Maintains QA/QC logs for Phlebotomy and Specimen Processing.
• Assists in training of new phlebotomy employees or students.
