Actalent is hiring a Phlebotomist for a contract position based in Manchester, VT. The role focuses on blood collection, specimen processing, and accurate data entry, with attention to proper labeling, centrifugation, and specimen handling.

The candidate will work with pediatric and geriatric populations in a hospital/clinic/lab setting. Requirements include 1+ year experience with pediatrics/geriatrics and phlebotomy certification is preferred.

• Demonstrate techniques using straight needles and butterfly needles.


• Label, centrifuge, split, and freeze specimens as required.


• Package specimens for transport and store them at required temperatures.


• Answer telephone inquiries and read laboratory results


• Qualification :


• 1+ years of experience working with Pediatrics & geriatrics in Hospital / Clinic / Lab is Mandatory


• Phlebotomy certification is Preferred

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Manchester, VT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
