Phlebotomy Technicians are an integral part of the Medical Laboratory Team, providing accurate and efficient blood specimen collection that supports diagnosis, treatment, and quality patient care. Because many patients may feel anxious or fearful about needles or having their blood drawn, Phlebotomy Technicians use their technical expertise, communication skills, and compassion to help patients feel comfortable and at ease throughout the process. A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Minimum hourly: $17.95
Maximum hourly: $25.50
