Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomy Supervisor to join our Montgomery, AL team. You will lead a team of phlebotomists across Patient Service Centers and client locations, ensuring efficient patient flow, service quality, and operational excellence.

You will oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll, and performance, while collaborating with HR on employee relations and training. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential for success.

Formación

• Supervisory or people leadership role of 3+ years.
• Phlebotomist experience of 3+ years.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise a team of phlebotomists in Patient Service Centers and/or physician offices.
• Manage patient flow, wait times, and inventory levels and logs.
• Monitor monthly productivity and report deviations as necessary.
• Coordinate phlebotomists' schedules.
• Payroll, monthly schedules and performance appraisals.
• Partner with HR on employee relations and disciplinary actions.
• Hire and train phlebotomists to fill open positions.
• Communicate effectively to internal and external customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients.
• Assist in setting up new Patient Service Centers or client locations.
• Resolve patient or client issues.
• Perform, collect and prepare specimens when needed.
• Travel to additional sites as necessary.
