Job summary

Medical City McKinney, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Phlebotomy Supervisor to lead the phlebotomy section with a focus on quality patient care and operational excellence.

Under the supervision of the Medical Director of the Laboratory and the Laboratory Administrative Director, you will supervise staff, drive process improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required: Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start date; minimum 3 years experience with 1 year supervisory preferred.

Qualifications

• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Minimum of 3 years experience required with 1 year of Supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee phlebotomy operations to ensure quality patient care.
• Supervise phlebotomy staff and coordinate with the Laboratory Director.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
