Oklahoma Blood Institute in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a passionate Phlebotomy Supervisor to lead from the front, work in the field with your team, and ensure a positive donor experience while donations run safely and smoothly.

This role requires a strong leader with healthcare experience, phlebotomy knowledge, and the ability to manage variable schedules. You’ll coach staff, maintain SOPs, and uphold the institute’s mission to save lives every day.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven leadership experience.
• Healthcare or medical experience required.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• Willingness to drive coach vehicles.
• Ability to provide an MVR with zero points and no moving/traffic violations.
• Ability to lift, bend, and reach up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support team members in a collaborative, high-energy environment.
• Motivate and engage your team while fostering accountability and teamwork.
• Help create a welcoming, positive, and exceptional experience for our donor donors.
• Perform phlebotomy, take vital signs, and assess donor eligibility.
• Follow and perform all duties in compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Lead by example while supporting your team in delivering safe, efficient, and compassionate service.
