Penn State Health Milton Hershey Medical Center is seeking a Supervisor Phlebotomy to coordinate the administrative functions of the Phlebotomy Department and supervise staff, directing workflow and ensuring policy compliance. This full-time role reports to the Laboratory team and supports patient care in a busy medical center.

The position requires an Associate's degree with related experience and supervisory/coordination skills; preferred candidates have organizational and project management

Qualifications

• Associate's degree plus 2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Supervisory, workflow, or coordination experience required
• Preferred: organizational and project management skills
