Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in phlebotomy or clinical lab settings is beneficial.
• Ability to prioritize workload, manage staff schedules, and maintain quality and compliance under time constraints.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; ability to work across clinical and lab teams.
• Certification in phlebotomy or medical assisting and CPR/BLS preferred.

Role Description

The Phlebotomy Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Raeford, NC, responsible for overseeing daily phlebotomy operations and ensuring high-quality patient specimen collection. This role includes supervising phlebotomy staff, coordinating schedules, training team members on collection techniques and safety protocols, and monitoring compliance with regulatory and company standards. The supervisor will collaborate with laboratory and clinical teams to resolve specimen collection issues, maintain adequate supplies, and support continuous process improvements. Daily tasks also involve coaching team members, addressing patient concerns professionally, documenting performance, and fostering a safe, efficient, and patient-centered work environment.

Qualifications
