Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs phlebotomy according to established safety goals and Baptist Health protocols.
• Receives, labels, transports, centrifuges and aliquots specimens in LIS.
• Distributes results and addresses patient questions with professional communication.
• Supports high-volume workflow and maintains accurate policies across the department.
