Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team at 1303 McCullough Avenue - Suite 161, San Antonio, TX. The role involves blood collection by venipuncture and capillary techniques across all ages, specimen handling, data entry, and assisting with billing as needed.

You will provide excellent patient service, maintain accurate logs, and may travel to additional sites. A high school diploma is required, with preferred experience in pediatrics and at least one year as a phlebotomist.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year or more experience as a phlebotomist.
• 1 year of pediatrics experience.

Aufgaben

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
• Process billing information and collect payments when required
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs
• Provide superior customer service to all patients
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
• Travel to additional sites when needed
