CompuNet Clinical Laboratories, LLC is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to manage three-shift phlebotomy staffing at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, OH. This full-time day-position supports Lab Support Leaders, tracks training, and ensures coverage and safety compliance.

You will coordinate with teams, maintain inventories, and perform administrative duties while upholding excellent customer service and departmental standards.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Experience creating and maintaining a schedule.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Strong keyboarding and software skills.
• 1 year of phlebotomy experience required.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed schedules for phlebotomy teams with three shifts.
• Develop and maintain a long-term rotating schedule for the lab support team.
• Track and audit orientation, training, and competency records.
• Maintain daily inventory and rotate stock to remote locations.
• Provide administrative support and monitor supply usage.
• Coordinate with Lab Support Leaders and communicate issues.
• Represent the department in safety activities and process improvements.
• Assist with phlebotomy tasks when needed.
