The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) represents the face of the company to patients, whether they are visiting for routine health checks or significant health decisions. The PSR I is responsible for drawing quality blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing, following established procedures. This role involves direct patient contact, requiring the creation of an atmosphere of trust and confidence, explaining procedures clearly, and performing blood draws skillfully, safely, and accurately. The PSR I demonstrates leadership behaviors, focusing on process excellence and maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of patient information.
