Description/Comment: The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) is the frontline representative of the company, engaging with patients during their health routines or for important health decisions. The PSR I is responsible for drawing quality blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and adhering to established procedures. They establish trust and confidence with patients by explaining procedures and performing blood draws skillfully, safely, and accurately. The PSR I demonstrates leadership behaviors, focuses on process excellence, and maintains sensitivity to confidentiality and accuracy of patient information.

Job Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
Work Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience; 1+ years preferred. Customer service experience in retail or service environment is preferred. Keyboard/data entry experience is required.
