Job summary

In this role, you will lead staffing, hire and onboard new team members, provide ongoing coaching, and collaborate with nursing and providers to optimize workflow and patient care. A strong leadership presence is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years phlebotomy experience with 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory role in healthcare.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coach staff, drive service excellence, and ensure patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inpatient phlebotomy operations 24/7, ensuring timely and accurate specimen collection.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, documentation, safety, infection control and quality standards.
• Lead staffing, including interviewing, onboarding, scheduling, and performance coaching.
