Education & Experience

• Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience in a hospital setting in a leadership role required.
• Two years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting preferred.

Licenses & Certifications

• Current Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT I) certification issued by the State of California.

Compensation

Estimated base rate: $74,183.00 - $113,132.00. Additional individual compensation may be available through differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
