Job summary

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy knowledge and skills required.
• Experience assisting in a clinical laboratory or med tech setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Obtain blood specimens via venipuncture and finger sticks.
• Prepare specimens and paperwork for testing and reference labs.
• Coordinate with departments and physicians to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist in stocking supplies and maintaining inventory as needed.
• Support quality controls and participate in performance improvement activities.
