Responsibilities

• Processes and accession samples according to established policies and procedures.
• Assists with inventory management including stocking and monitoring supplies.
• Performs waived laboratory testing and specimen processing within scope of practice.
• Provides administrative support and maintains accurate records and workflow documentation.
• Assists pathologists and physicians with preparation of specimens and related tasks.
• Responds to questions from patients and physicians and coordinates with departments.
