Job summary

Billings Clinic is seeking a per diem Phlebotomy and Laboratory Technical Assistant to join the West End team in Billings, MT. You will perform phlebotomy, accession specimens, and assist with workflow in a busy lab environment.

This role supports nursing and physicians, maintains specimen integrity, and helps with clerical tasks and inventory. A high school diploma and phlebotomy experience are preferred; training is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Experience in a laboratory/healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and accession samples following policies and procedures.
• Perform phlebotomy and assist with patient rooming and orders.
• Maintain accurate record systems and quality control data.
• Assist with inventory management and stocking of lab supplies.
• Support preparation of slides and transport of specimens.
