Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certificate upon hire.
• Less than one year experience as a phlebotomist and/or completion of a Phlebotomy program.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy to obtain blood samples from patients following collected policies.
• Process specimens with proper labeling and handling per policy; ensure accuracy of requisitions.
• Complete basic client service tasks such as requisition entry, checks, and filing.
