Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform patient registrations and verify lab orders in Epic and other systems.
• Collect specimens and perform phlebotomy following safety policies.
• Package specimens for transport and coordinate with couriers.
• Provide customer service and resolve billing issues.
• Maintain organized records and complete QA checks.
