Qualifications

• High school graduation or GED is required.
• Minimum one year in an SQL/LSA clinical lab setting.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities are expected.
• Experience with LIS/HIS and multiple software systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational oversight and schedule management for the shift.
• Review quality control records and ensure compliance with accrediting standards.
• Monitor section finances and manage supply usage and costs.
• Participate in staff training, coaching, and performance assessments.
• Serve as liaison with clinicians and other departments on test orders and results.
