The role ensures staff coverage across the laboratory and supports onboarding of new employees, while guiding education for the phlebotomy team.

You will act as a key liaison between laboratory staff and healthcare providers, offering expertise in pre-analytical processes and supporting ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Three (3) years of phlebotomy experience in a clinical laboratory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily collection and delivery of all specimens to the laboratory.
• Ensure adequate staff coverage across all laboratory areas.
• Assist in selecting and onboarding new employees.
• Educate and train the phlebotomy team.
• Facilitate communication between laboratory staff and healthcare providers.
• Provide expertise in all pre-analytical laboratory processes.
