Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection with accuracy.
• Identify patients and document demographics and orders in EMR/LIS.
• Label specimens correctly and ensure sample integrity.
• Process specimens per SOPs and track in lab systems.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and instrument maintenance.
• Communicate with patients professionally and address concerns.
