Qualifications

• HS grad or GED required.
• Completion of a phlebotomy training program with coursework or experience preferred.
• May require Indiana driver’s license and good driving history.
• Requires knowledge of basic computers and telephone skills.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collection and general laboratory services.
• Handle order entry, blood component preparation, and pre-analytic processing.
• Register patients and deliver specimens as needed.
