Job summary

Inspira Health Network seeks a phlebotomist to perform venipuncture and capillary sampling on in-house patients, outpatients, and off-site locations, with patient identification and specimen transport in accordance with lab standards. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of approved phlebotomy training preferred.
• ASCP, NPA certification or eligible preferred.
• Valid driver's license may be required for Vineland assignment.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary sampling on neonate to geriatric patients.
• Identify patients and ensure proper specimen labeling and transport.
• Enter patient orders into the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
• Process specimens in the core laboratory and support phlebotomy workflows.
