Job summary

St. Elizabeth Healthcare is seeking a phlebotomist to join the Laboratory team. Under supervision, you will collect blood samples, process specimens, and perform waived and moderate complexity testing per CLIA guidelines. You will also ensure safe sample handling and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Prior healthcare phlebotomy experience required for 3rd shift.
• Computer skills, human relations, and customer service are important.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process and transport specimens to laboratory sections and reference labs.
• Perform waived and moderately complex testing per CLIA guidelines.
• Assist technologists, load and maintain instruments, and prepare reagents and samples.
• Greet patients using ICARE principles and ensure quality patient care.
