Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service to all stakeholders in a manner that supports the Laboratory and NMC.
• Obtains specimens for testing according to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Performs specimen collection for inpatients, outpatients, and off-site locations.
• Maintains specimen integrity and proper labeling throughout processing.
• Performs administrative duties to meet the needs of the laboratory.
