Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service to all stakeholders in the Laboratory and NMC.
• Performs specimen collection for inpatients and outpatients; ensures proper identification and handling.
• Handles lab charging, order entry, and documentation in the computer systems.
• Maintains specimen integrity and proper labeling; adheres to safety and infection control policies.
• Collaborates with technologists, nurses, and other staff to ensure smooth lab operations.
