Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certificate upon hire.
• Less than one year experience as a phlebotomist and/or completion of a Phlebotomy program.

Responsibilities

• Obtain blood samples from patients in a timely manner following collection policy.
• Process specimens with correct labeling and handling per policy.
• Handle requisition entry, checks, and filing; perform other duties as assigned.
