Job summary

Aiken Technical College is seeking Phlebotomy Adjunct Instructors to join our teaching team. Courses may meet in person, online, or in a hybrid format, with daytime, evening, or weekend options depending on the semester.

Instructors will deliver hands-on phlebotomy instruction, manage classes, prepare syllabi, and ensure alignment with course objectives while supporting student supervision and assessment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and two (2) years of experience in the discipline required.

Responsibilities

• Instruction including hands on and theory, classroom management, and administrative tasks that may include reports, syllabus and lesson plan development.
• Prepare and/or maintain current course syllabi for course taught.
• Ensure that course is taught in accordance with the established syllabi.
• Recommend for approval adequate instructional materials for course.
• Recommend adequate laboratory facilities/equipment for assigned course.
• Supervision of students.

Job Responsibilities

Join our team! Aiken Technical College is recruiting Phlebotomy Adjunct Instructors.

Class schedules will vary from semester to semester. Classes may meet in the daytime, evenings, weekends, or online. Faculty may be asked to work a split schedule (morning and evening classes) as well as teach dual enrollment courses in assigned high schools.
