Providence is seeking a Phlebotomist in Spokane Valley, United States. In this role, you will obtain accurate blood and body fluid specimens, addressing any phlebotomy difficulties and maintaining relationships with both clients and technical staff.

Under the direction of laboratory leadership, the Phlebotomist obtains accurate and reliable blood and body fluid specimens from properly identified adult and/or pediatric patients. Identifies phlebotomy difficulties, defines appropriate solutions and coordinates resources. Maintains outstanding relationships with client and technical staff. The phlebotomist is responsible for obtaining, preparing and ensuring specimen integrity of specimens such as blood, urine, sputum, stool and various cultures by logging, spinning, and distributing to laboratory testing areas. Performs all duties in a manner which promotes team concept and reflects the mission and values of Providence Health & Services.
